About Us
Delval Balance was established in 1972 by Charles Alburger who had worked in the balance industry for 18 years prior to beginning his own company. In 1982 Mr. Alburger hired Michael Tait to begin as a Field Representative upon completion of a 10 month apprenticeship. In 1990 Michael Tait took over ownership of Delval Balance.

Delval Balance currently provides service and sales to over 200 companies and 32 educational facilities in the Delaware Valley. Delval Balance is committed to providing prompt and professional service to our customers.

This Seko balance was restored by Delval Balance's past owner, Charles Alburger in July of 2003. It is presently on display in the lobby at the ExxonMobil facility in Paulsboro, NJ.

This unique balance was manufactured to be able to weigh up to 5000 grams with an accuracy of 1 milligram.

This balance was used to weigh engine parts to test for wear.

To this day, no balance is able to meet it's specifications.
